Black Out & Shared Bookmarks

The Black Out has ended, sadly, but it probably inevitable.  The null sec power blocs can hold their breath longer than CCP can, so now we have confirmation that the tail is in fact wagging the dog.

With any luck it will return, but in a limited fashion with perhaps rolling areas of null sec local chat channels reverting to "opt-in" for a short period of time, rather than always on, which is typically the default.

In other news,  CCP are further along with the shared bookmarks concept.  This feature is due to be released soon® in Eve Online by CCP.

Now if we can also have in game notes on pilots shared by corp, alliance, or access list, that would be great.
